Fundspace stores seller documents in encrypted private storage. Royalty statements and contracts are never publicly accessible. Capital partners only see a sanitized view of your catalog after you have been matched and have consented to share. Email addresses are verified before any submission is processed. Security and audit logs are retained for 24 hours and then purged.

Data we collect: contact information you provide, the documents you upload, your declared goal (loan/advance, sale, or both), distributor names, and signature metadata required for legal validity. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties beyond the funders you choose to engage with.
