Fundspace is a music catalog financing marketplace, not a fund itself. We connect independent artists, songwriters, producers, labels, and distributors earning $2,400+ per year in royalties with institutional capital — music funds, family offices, and private equity firms.

Our Mission

The independent music economy has produced an enormous, fragmented base of rights holders generating real, predictable royalty income. Most have never been offered fair, transparent access to capital. Fundspace exists to change that — one upload, multiple offers, no pressure.

How We Work

Sellers upload royalty statements and contracts once. A real expert returns a personalized valuation within 24–72 hours. Capital partners review and submit competing offers — loans, advances, or outright sales — and the seller chooses what works best. No credit checks. No public auctions. Documents stay in encrypted private storage and are only shared with funders the seller has consented to.
